（1） Papers will be selected through peer review process. The English version of selected papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings which will be formally published and the Proceedings will be submitted for the inclusion of the Proceedings in ISTP Catalog.
（2） Paper size: 3000-5000 words and should not exceed 8 pages (including abstract and diagrams).
（3） The first author could submit at most two papers.
（4） Deadlines:
· April 30, 2008: Paper abstracts (about 500 words)
· May 30, 2008: Notification of acceptance of paper abstracts
· August 10, 2008: Final paper submission (electronic version)
· September 20, 2008: Notification of acceptance of paper
（5） All papers should be emailed to criocm2008@163.com. The organizing committee will reply confirmation after receive the emails. For detailed formatting instructions, see the “The meeting paper form requests”; please indicate the number of the themes when submit papers and abstracts.
