Mission

CRIOCM is to play a bridging role in undertaking research and academic activities serving the construction and real estate industries including urban planning and development, construction project feasibility and design, real estate appraisal, construction management and property management between China and the international context, and promote the development of construction and real estate industries.


Objectives

To develop, promote, encourage and co-ordinate the construction & real estate related research activit ie s and studies among the Institute members, and contribute to the development of the Chinese construction and real estate industries towards international practice. To promote and co-ordinate the activit i es between academics, professionals and organiza t ions to exchange management experience and research activities. To co-operate with the relevant professional and research bodies to organize research studies, training, exchange visits and forum internationally. To run the <International Journal of Construction Management> and publish research works.
